This result has witnessed the second Vietnam team crowned Southeast Asian arena with a 3-2 victory. On the Malaysian side, they have to end their second dream of a pocket money after 2010

私は初めてホーチミンでの年末を迎えるのですが、四季がないのでこの気温で年末！？というなんとも不思議な気分です(^_^;)

– Xin chào tháng 12 ! Cũng là tháng cuối của năm 2018.
– Ở Việt Nam vào những ngày cuối năm người ta thường hay tổ chức tiệc tất niên, cả nhà có biết nó được tổ chức như thế nào không????
– “Tất” có nghĩa là xong, là hết, còn “niên” có nghĩa là năm. Như vậy, “Tất niên” là kết thúc một năm cũ và bắt đầu chuẩn bị bước sang năm mới. Đây là phong tục tập quán lâu đời và mang nét đẹp văn hóa của người Việt Nam. Tất Niên của nước ta rơi vào ngày 29, 30 tháng Chạp Âm lịch hàng năm. Tất niên còn gọi là lễ Tất niên hay tiệc Tất niên là một nghi thức nhằm đánh dấu kết thúc một năm và chuẩn bị bước sang năm mới.
Để ghi nhận thời khắc này, người ta thường làm hai mâm cỗ, một mâm cúng gia tiên tại bàn thờ ở trong nhà và một mâm cúng trời, đất ở khoảng sân trước nhà. Mâm lễ cúng Tất niên tùy theo điều kiện gia đình cũng như phong tục tập quán mỗi vùng mà thịnh soạn hay thanh đạm. Thế nhưng, một số thành phần bắt buộc phải có khi cúng theo phong tục của người Việt Nam gồm: hương hoa, vàng mã, đèn nến, trầu cau, rượu, trà, bánh chưng… được bầy biện trang nghiêm. Lễ cúng Tất niên là một lễ truyền thống nhưng lễ vật cúng không cần phải quá cầu kỳ, miễn sao thể hiện được tấm lòng thành của người cúng để tri ân đất, trời, thần linh… đã gia hộ bình an trong một năm qua. Cúng Tất niên cũng thể hiện một nếp sống tâm linh của người Việt. Sau một năm làm ăn vất vả, vào những ngày cuối năm, mọi người đều dọn dẹp nhà cửa sạch sẽ, tươm tất để cúng tất niên và chuẩn bị đón Tết.
Vào ngày này, mọi người thường quây quần bên nhau, tổ chức tiệc mừng, văn nghệ, để tổng kết, nhìn lại một năm đã qua, cùng đón giao thừa và mừng năm mới. Họ tận hưởng bầu không khí ấm cúm và tràn ngập niềm vui bên cạnh các thành viên trong gia đình sau một năm tất bật học tập, làm việc và chạy đua với cuộc sống.
– Vì thế mọi người tranh thủ đi làm đẹp nhé. Để đón một năm mới tràng đầy niềm vui và hạnh phúc.
– À lần trước tụi mình đã đi cắt tóc cho các em nhỏ, các em dễ thương, mình mong sẽ có nhiều dịp đi như thế nữa, để tụi mình có thể học hỏi được nhiều hơn nữa !!!!!

Kojiです。
先日お休みを頂いてカンボジアスタッフも含めgrow全員で社員旅行へ行って来ました！
行き先はカンボジア、アンコールワット。
以前はカンボジアgrowでも勤務していましたが、行くのは初めてでした！
初めてでしたが、スケールが大きく壮大な遺跡でした！！ また、ひたすら暑かったです。。。 約１０００年も前に建立したとは思えないくらい、今もしっかりと残っていることに驚きでした。
みんなで記念撮影
初めて会うベトナム人、カンボジア人スタッフがみんなで仲良く過ごしてくれて本当に良かったです。
また来年も皆で行けるように頑張ろう！

雨季も終わって最近過ごしやすくなってきましたね？！
先日おやすみを頂いてミャンマーへ行ってきました！！
初ミャンマー10月からビザなしで行けるようになって行きやすくなりました！！
国内3カ所をバスと飛行機で毎日の様に移動するハードスケジュールトリップでした。

1番見たかった朝にここで気球が上がっている風景は、残念ながら次期ではなく見ることが出来ませんでしたが、神秘的で絶景でした！！

ミャンマーの第2の都市マンダレー‼︎
キラキラカラフルでとってもかわいいマンダレーヒルと、ちょっと離れたミングォという所にある真っ白なクトードーパゴダがとっても素敵でした。

ここしか見るとこないと友人に言われて行ったシェダゴンパゴダ。想像よりもはるかに巨大なで広かったです。
ミヤンマーはとても親切で優しい人ばかり。でも観光地でかってにガイドしてくれる人、フリーでタナカ(日焼け止め)を塗ってあげるよっていう方は大体最後に営業が入るのでご注意（笑）でも何もしないでお金頂戴って言わないのに感心してしまったり。
ご飯も美味しかったし今度は今回行けなかった街と、バガンをもう一度リベンジしたいなと思います。

友人には驚かれたお土産。紙でできた多分お供え物の人形なのですが、可愛すぎて見つけるたびに買っていたらこんな事に…私的にはおススメです！！
