Hi, I’m Tin! Near our shop there are many traditional Vietnamese dishes such as bun bo. Bun cha is a dish with vermicelli, grilled pork ball on charcoal and bowl of sweet and salty spicy fish sauce. The dish originated from Northern Vietnam, is the most enduring gift of Hanoi, so it can be considered as one of the specialties of Ha Thanh cuisine. Bun cha has similar characteristics to grilled meat vermicelli in Central and South, but the fish sauce has a lighter bar. Bun bo Hue is one of Hue’s specialties, although this noodle dish is everywhere. In Hue, this dish is simply called “beef noodle”. The other locality called “bun bo Hue” refers to the origin of this dish. Dishes with main ingredients are vermicelli, beef meat, pork rolls, and broth with a characteristic red color. Sometimes vermicelli is also added to beef, crab rolls, and other ingredients depending on the preferences of the cook In the broth of vermicelli, Hue people often wedge a little sauce, contributing to the very own flavor of Hue beef noodle soup. After the beef bone is cooked to the next, people often add a little pork ball or crab paste to be finely chopped. Beef can be thinly sliced, dipped in boiling broth before being put into a vermicelli (called beef re-). People also often add a little chili and spices to vermicelli and eat with raw vegetables including prices, herbs, lettuce, vegetables, chopped banana. 新しいお店は旧店舗から徒歩５分の所にあります。

以前はかなり見つけにくいところにありましたが
大通りに面していて見つけやすいと思います。
今回は看板も大きくてわかりやすくなりました！！

２階建てになって広くなりました。

内装がまだ寂しいので
ちょっとずつ素敵にしていきたいと思います。

+ Chào tháng 3/ 2019 :

– Tháng này có nhiều thay đổi về tiệm của mình, tiệm mình không còn nằm ở 36 chu mạnh trinh mà dời sang 5/1 nguyễn trung ngạn rồi cả nhà nhé.
– Hiện nay mọi người đang sửa chửa, hoàn thiện shop để có một không gian đẹp, môi trường chuyên nghiệp phục vụ khách hàng.
– Và mình hiện tại đang cố gắng luyện tập để nhanh chóng lên làm thợ cắt tóc chuyên nghiệp,,,,, Cám ơn tập thể grow tokyo đã giúp đở tôi trong thời gian vừa qua.

This month has many changes to our shop. That is no located in “36 chu manh trinh“ .but we moved to 5/1 Nguyen Trung Ngan .

We had opening party last Friday at new shop. Thank you for coming , and I hope you had good time!

こんにちは〜！！ Maoです。 皆さんテトのお休みはいかがお過ごしでしたか？！ 私はベトナムを脱出してお休みを満喫して来ました。 今年もgrowを宜しくお願い致します。 今日はうちの人気No1メニューのshampooについて。 良くシャンプーは教えたんですか？！とご質問頂いたくgrow のシャンプー。 はい！！教えています。でも何故こんなご質問を頂くかと言うとうちのシャンプーはちょっと変わっています。でもスタッフのお陰で完成したシャンプーなんです。 うちのシャンプーのマニュアルを、今1番長く働いてくれているCUCに教えました。元々スパで働いていた経験のある彼女は人を気持ち良くするのが大好き。気持ち良くさせたくてシャンプーしながらオリジナルのマッサージも勝手に加えていきました（笑）初めは気持ち良くさせたくて凄〜く長くシャンプーしちゃったりしていた時期も。 でもそのお陰でシャンプーファンがついて今ではCUCのシャンプーを全店舗のマニュアルにしています。 CUC以外のスタッフにもそれぞれファンがいてみんなとっても上手です。 是非growオリジナルシャンプーで癒されに来て下さい。

こんにちは！ Kennyです^ ^   この時期はもう少しでテトと言うことで、忘年会などイベントが多いようですね(^^)   テトもみなさん日本に帰ったり、旅行に行ったりするようで予定が楽しそうです(^O^)   私はこの前の年末年始に、カンボジア店のHanaさんたちとタイのバンコクに行ってきました☆             すごく久しぶりのバンコクでしたが高層ビルや電車があって、本当に都会だなと感じました！   それから年越しという事で、色々な場所でフリーイベントや花火が上がったりでとても楽しかったです^ ^     食べ物もずっと食べてみたかったプーパッポンカリーというカニのカレーやトムヤムクンスープも食べれたので良かったです☆   素敵な年越しになりました！ タイ、おすすめです(^^)         それから新しいシャンプーやトリートメント販売し始めました☆   EraL という名前で、髪の毛はもちろん、 頭皮ケアにもお勧めの商品です！ シャンプー、トリートメントの他にオイルトリートメントやスキャルプパックもあり、 女性用、男性用とそれぞれあるので、お気軽にお問い合わせください(^^)       I went to Bangkok last ends of year to new year. + Chào năm 2019 !!!!!!  – Chỉ còn khoảng 3 tuần nữa là đến tết nguyên đán của người Việt Nam rồi. Mọi người chuẩn bị gì chưa!!!!   – Ở Việt Nam tết là ngày lễ hội lớn cả nước. Những ngày ấy mọi xóm làng, nhà nhà, ai ai cũng nghỉ làm việc và vui vầy đoàn tụ. Ngày tết có tính thiêng liêng và là một dịp làm mới lại mọi việc.   – Tết là sinh nhật của tất cả mọi người, ai cũng thêm một tuổi vì thế câu nói mở miệng khi gặp nhau là mừng nhau thêm một tuổi. Người lớn có tục mừng tuổi cho trẻ nhỏ và các cụ già để chúc các cháu hay ăn chóng lớn và ngoan ngoãn, học giỏi, còn các cụ thì sống lâu và mạnh khoẻ để con cháu được nhờ phúc.  Năm cũ đã qua mang theo mọi xui xẻo và năm tới sắp đến mang theo đầy niềm tin lạc quan. Nếu năm cũ khá may mắn, thì tin sự may mắn sẽ kéo dài qua năm sau. – Năm mới mong mọi điều tốt lành đến với gia đình, người thân và tất cả mọi người….. – Ak !!!
